as both a professional security practitioner and a veteran photographer also an iconic Community policing and Local Intelligent expert.
With several decorations from different institutions and prominent bodies in security, photography, and as a business guru. He holds a BA in Political science from the University of Lagos and has
certificates from the prestigious London School of Photography, School of Media and Communication, Pan-Atlantic University and an advanced diploma in property auctioneering from the University of Ibadan.
Matthew is a veteran in the International Security Organization Forum (ISO-SEC); a certified supernumerary police officer with a background in police communication, intelligence/surveillance
operations, and has obtained an advanced diploma in strategic security and infrastructure protection from the University of Lagos.
He has several certifications and memberships of professional bodies amongst Association of Industrial Security and Safety Operators of Nigeria (AISSON), International Foundation for Protection Officer (IFPO), Lagos State Community Policing Council, a veteran member of the International Security Organization, Switzerland (ISO-SEC); He is certified in alternative dispute
resolution and he is a certified physical security manager (CPSM) from ISO-SEC, Switzerland.
He holds an executive diploma from Elizade University in Private Detective Tradecraft; Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria, Lagos Watch, Police Community Relations Committee, Lagos State Command; Police Training School, Ikeja, National Association Of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP); Masters in Strategic Security and administration, Nigeria Defense Academy (in view) Masters in Security and Intelligence Studies at the University of Lagos (in view).

Samuel is currently advancing his expertise through a Ph.D. in Forensic and Correctional Psychology at Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He holds an MSc in Criminology and Forensic Psychology from the prestigious Nigerian Defence Academy, along with an MPhil in Defence and Security Studies, B.Sc in Criminology and Security from the National Open University of Nigeria. His academic achievements are complemented by professional diplomas in Cyber Security from Baze University, Abuja, and Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, which equip him with a comprehensive understanding of the security landscape.
Samuel’s qualifications are further strengthened by specialised certifications and training in critical areas such as cyber security, critical infrastructure protection, and psychological first aid. His deep commitment to the field is reflected in his active membership in key professional organisations, including the Nigerian Association of Forensic Psychologists, the National Association of Criminology and Security Practitioners of Nigeria, the Society for Peace and Security Studies of Nigeria, and Amnesty International. Additionally, he holds the esteemed title of International Peace and Security Ambassador.
